How do I track my order?

Order your favourite Lovisa pieces online.</em></p><p><em>2. Select your preferred Lovisa store at checkout to collect your order from.</em></p><p><em>3. Allow 5-10 business days for our warehouse team to pick, pack and dispatch your order.&#xA0;</em></p><p><em>4. Collect your order when notified by our team. You&apos;ll receive an email and SMS that your order is ready for collection.&#xA0;</em></p><p><em>5. Be sure to have your confirmation email with you when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, ensure they have a copy of this too.&#xA0;<br></em></p><p><em>6. You have 14 days to collect your parcel once you have received your notification to collect it; if you haven&apos;t collected your parcel by the 14th day, you will be automatically refunded.&#xA0;</em></p>
