If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you may be able to cancel it.

Please contact our Customer Customer Team below with your cancellation request as soon as possible. If we’re able to process the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is being processed or has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. In that case, you’ll still be able to request a return or exchange after your order arrives.
