Please Note:

• The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
• Your parcel may be delivered to a DHL or UPS Facility Centre if the shipping address provided cannot be accessed. You can find the facility centre location by tracking your order using the tracking number provided to you via email.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  
  
• We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
• There may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days during our sale periods.
  
  
• Deliveries to Europe, including Switzerland, may incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Lovisa is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items, or delay in delivery due to these circumstances.
• Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or track your order.
